Informal proposal is written to define a project in terms of necessity. It is usually submitted to provide viable solution for the present problem.. It is written by stating a problem and present the steps in order to solve a problem such as providing the process, funding, staff allocation and management procedures. Writing an informal proposal is less complicated than formal proposal.
Here are some steps when writing a proposal:
